For maximum protection this helmet must fit closely and the harness must always be correctly adjusted and used according to the instruction manual supplied. It should be a firm fit and not uncomfortable, loose or removable when properly fastened. Size varies from 54 -59cm (fixed sizes). Measure the circumference of your head, placing the measuring tape 2.5cm above your eyebrows, the widest part of your head.
